Refund policy
General Policy
· Return or exchange request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
· Exchange orders are placed upon pick-up of your return. In case your preferred product is unavailable due to limited stock, our team will contact you for an alternative.
• Approved returns are issued store credit in the form of a coupon code. Please note that the reverse pick-up charges incurred during the return process will be deducted from the total store credit amount.
• However, We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you wish to exchange a product — even for the exact same item — the re-delivery charges for shipping the exchanged order to your doorstep will be borne by the customer.
· Refunds are only issued in the form of store credit.
· Store credit is shared once the returned order is picked and reached at the brand warehouse up from the customer doorstep.
· Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return.
· If any product is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
· For damaged items, share images and details through the provided link. Further steps for replacement, store credit, or refund will be communicated.
· Minor misprints or color differences are not considered damage – all our products are handcrafted, which adds to their uniqueness.
· The company holds the final authority in any case.
· If reverse pickup isn’t serviceable for your pincode, you may self-ship the item.
Return Instructions
· State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images if defective/damaged.
· A return pickup will be arranged for orders within India.
· Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
· Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit
· Store credit will be issued once the product reach to the brand warehouse after pickup and shared via email.
· It is valid for 135 days.
· The credit amount will only be for the sale price of the returned products and the return charges (where company will provide proof of elegible return charges) will be deducted from the total amount ( store credit) if the product received was exactly same to what ordered without any damaged and changed colour or size.
· Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
· Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
· If cancelled post shipping, ₹180 will be deducted from the order value.
International Orders
· Customers must ship the return item themselves and bear shipping/custom charges.
· No reverse pickup available for international orders.
· Refund or store credit is issued only for the value of the returned product.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable.
· No exchanges allowed for international orders.
· Company retains final decision authority.
· Alternatively, customers can send products with someone traveling from their country to India.
· If damaged, share proof via email for resolution. Refund or store credit of equal value will be provided.
Refunds
· Refunds take 7–14 working days.
· Returns take 12–14 working days to reach us.
· Once received and checked (1–2 working days), refund will be processed in 2–3 business days.
· For COD orders, refund is issued via an online link sent to your email and phone. If unused, you can request a new link within 3 months.
· Refund will be for the sale price only; shipping cost is not refunded.
· The company holds the final decision in any case.
